Excellent service, great location. Front desk, lobby staff and cleaning lady are all very nice and friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay again next time when I come to Beijing.

Located at Wangfujing, the Imperial Mansions put me exactly where I needed to be for meetings and appointments and was still close to excellent dining and sightseeing options. What sets it apart, though, is the resourceful and helpful staff. Beijing hotels aren’t generally known for their outstanding and warm service. The Imperial Mansion is the exception. The service is excellent. Kudos to the front desk team. They really couldn’t be more efficient and helpful. I wish more properties offered this level of service and attention.

Hotel deco is outdated. Marble flooring in the bathroom require maintenance. Badly stained. Shower room floor below the marble bench was slimy with grime. Room was dusty. We stayed in Room 509. We did not bother reporting the matter to the hotel and shortened our stay from 7 nights to 1 night.

We must commend the staff for being helpful since we do not speak Mandarin.

Over all it's a really good hotel. I booked two rooms，one is two rooms apartment and one is single room apartment. Both apartments nice and big. Feel like home. Really good experience.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel room however needs a lot of upgrades- the cupboard is falling apart: the microwave oven is broken, the washing machine has a broken panel and we could not select any drying programs and .. the TV is like 10 years old … please upgrade.
